MISSION
Our mission is to help teens and adults
(all sizes, and complexions) who want to model, to learn the basics in runway modeling, while building their self-esteem and
confidence. Our mission is to also amuse, entertain, encourage and inspire audiences as we present the latest fashions
combined with inspirational entertainment through our shows.
Walk This Way Productions/Kalaj! is a multi-dimensional fashion
and inspirational entertainment company. It was founded by Janet Royals in mid 2008 with the idea of bringing fashion
and inspirational entertainment together as one, producing shows with a variety of great talent, creative flare and amazing
choreography.
Modeling Troupe, Kalaj! is a multi-gifted and multi-talented group of models consisting of a variety of sizes (short, tall,
medium, small, thin and full-figured) and complexions, who thoroughly entertain audiences as they strut their stuff, tastefully bringing you today's hottest
fashions. Modeling is an art and Kalaj! exhibits this art like no one else as they work the runway/stage with amazing
talent, attitude, presence, personality and choreography, while also moving away from the stereotypical models that are normally
seen on the runway.
The name "Kalaj!", is a combination of the words "collage"
(a unique piece of artwork made up of a variety of shapes, sizes and colors, etc.) and "Kaleidoscope" (a small
tube in which patterns and colors and shapes are optically produced and viewed for amusement).
